- Just finished listening to the Supreme Court oral arguments in the birthright citizenship case. The case focused on the issue of whether lower courts have the authority to issue nationwide injunctions and not much on birthright citizenship itself, but it looks like Trump is going to lose the case.
- Walmart, the nation’s largest retailer, says it will raise prices because of Trump’s tariffs. “Given the magnitude of the tariffs, even at the reduced levels announced this week, we aren’t able to absorb all the pressure given the reality of narrow retail margins,” said CEO Doug McMillon.
- Walgreens will close 54 stores in 17 states.
- Fox News repeated the Trump administration lie that Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and the radical Democrats stormed an ICE facility in Newark. But the mayor just released a video showing ICE officials calmly opening the gate and allow him to enter.
- Trump has fired the Black woman who serves as Librarian of Congress, Dr. Carla Hayden, and replaced her with an unqualified white man with no experience, his personal criminal defense lawyer, Todd Blanche.

- As Trump attacks DEI, Anheuser-Busch, Comcast and Diageo have withdrawn their sponsorship for San Francisco Pride. Mastercard, Citi, Pepsi, Nissan and PwC are withdrawing sponsorship of NYC Pride. And Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte have withdrawn their support for WorldPride Washington, D.C.
