- i really hate how many people use the word “trans” as a noun, as if you’d do the same thing with “gay” or “black” or “disabled.” doing this is dehumanizing. these are adjectives. we are people. members of congress — democrats who claim to like trans people — are doing this as a joke in hearings.

- the washington post editorial board has endorsed the anti trans HHS report, despite its own journalists finding it lacks quality and is rife with bigotry truly stunning to see the wapo ed board go up against their own reporters
- so i saw my stepsister who lives in southern virginia at our mother’s celebration brunch today her entire community still has no internet from hurricane helene. people are still dragging bodies out of waterways. it’s stunning how quickly the media abandons rural america.
