- I don't think the government has any idea how much of a political liability this is. When people twig what the Planning and Infrastructure Bill means - that our precious wild places will have no meaningful protection against whatever a corporation wants to do - it'll be felt as a monstrous betrayal.
- This is reminding me that over the past couple of weeks I’ve had multiple experiences of the disproportionate female turn out at meetings, training events, teaching workshops. We are doing the work & our male colleagues really need to step up, notice, and take their share.
- A big night for SciComm at STS ❤️🔥 Organised entirely by our brilliant students, the evening featured a showcase and panel discussion about diversity in SciComm. And speaking of diversity... let’s just say the room was very female. A reminder of who the emotional labour of SciComm typically falls to 💬
