But those gifts then sit in glass display cases, outside the control or use of the ex-president. Does anyone think this jet will sit on display in a library in Mar-a-Lago?

If it is not built as Air Force One, it is impossible to ever know that it is secure. Like the Russian embassy, it would have to be torn down.
