I live on a cattle ranch in the South. I love reading, gardening, and reading about gardening. But I could be here for the politics.
- Once I toured The Little Whitehouse, FDR’s house in Warm Springs, GA. I remember a large display of hundreds of canes, given to him as gifts by ordinary Americans and foreign countries. The docent explained they were all property of the US because Presidents could not accept gifts. Like jets.
