- I think I've just been too broken to interact with people. Tried to put myself back together but too many pieces are missing or just damaged beyond repair. I'd probably have a breakdown if somebody even said hi to me. Just living with the body constantly in a trauma response that never turned off.

- I honestly do not even know what to fucking do anymore to manage my mood, or what changes to try and make in my life to fix the problems that affect it as its the same fucking story that's been going on my entire godamned life.
- Do people really "never see the signs" in someone or did those people constantly talk about their mental health and were just ignored because people "didn't want to or know how to deal with it" and the changed the narrative because they couldn't accept that they stood by and did nothing when asked.
