Saathi
Fandom acct. She/her, queer, married, BOFQ from WI. Disavows the proship/anti divide. Purveyor of OT3+ fic, cracky plot bunnies woven into epics, fandomcrit, & occasional nonsense. Female character stan, always. Saathi1013 from AO3, tumblr, & twitter.
- As an inveterate omnishipper, I love rarepairs and crackships. But some ships get outsized (and sometimes toxic) fanbases that make me avoid them like the plague, even if I would have happily read/written for them otherwise. (Perpetual mantra: it's not the ships, it's the shippers.)
- Sometimes I read fic for a fandom not because I ship anything or am Deeply Into the source canon, but because I want to see what all the authors each choose to do to untangle the same puzzle.
- Probably something my wife said. Nobody has startled a laugh-till-I-cry response out of me more consistently than she has, and it's an ongoing delight of my marriage.
- Oh MY GOD leverage redemption, is Harry not actually the Token Straight That's On Thin Ice? Is he just adding to their lengthy roster of Disaster Queers?
