well that’s one thing to adapt to going from internet to cookbook cooking: no chorus of home cooks shouting “no that is wrong!” in the notes lol. still a fun dish though (calabrian chili yogurt chicken, cumin sweet potatoes, quick-pickled lemon cucumber, caper, feta, and cucumber raita)
