There are no savings by accepting this plane. We have a perfectly operable AF1 now. We have a new AF1 soon to be delivered. There’s zero need for this plane and it will cost millions to process and ensure it’s security for use as AF1. No savings just more expense for the American taxpayer.

Sure. It's being given to the Dep't. of Defense to be completely dis-assembled, inspected, re-assembled & updated with security protocols for a POTUS's plane at taxpayer expense. That will take years, then it's off to his "library" so Trump can use it. I wonder what he promised Qatar in exchange.
