- Great work as always. While impossible to know for sure, i believe its a Shun brand knife. I have a similar set in darker wood in collab with Kramer. The chefs knife would b the go to for garlic.May 11, 2025 12:35
- I initially thought Shun Bob Kramer but couldn't get a match for the handle grain without Damascus steel. (It has not been a busy weekend.)
- I have to wonder if he actually bought or designed/chose anything in that ridiculous kitchen himself. I’m confident it’s a no…his ignorance is a result of believing that his cuisiniere actually has a clue themselves which is probably even more unforgivable
