- Anchorage hit 57F again today to tie its warmest day so far this season. Today, May 11th, is the median date for the first 60F day of the year. Looks like it might be at least another week. @alaskawx.bsky.social

- May is the best month for hiking in Alaska because you get to pick your season. Spring/summer at sea level and winter a few thousand feet up. ❄️
