- I think Jimmy Stewart might well be my favourite actor of all time. I've never seen a film of his where I'm not like "well that was an astonishing performance."
- It's astounding that his performances still stand out from the 50s & 60s, when acting styles have changed massively since then. The one for me which is fine but forgettable is in Rope; he was reportedly not happy with the performance either. Great film though.
