- 40 mile ride today. My longest yet. 🚲
- Ok…the purple lavender color turned slightly more pink over time (Anthocyanin and pH change perhaps 🤔) though the photo makes it look more pink than it actually is. Regardless, this is delicious. Best combo so far. Lavender was a great choice. Thanks @inkvat.bsky.social for choosing it from my list!

- 34 miles on the bike today. Figured out a nice, new route. And the rain mostly held which I was grateful for. Perfect temperature.
- Really enjoying game Blue Prince…haven’t pulled out a journal for note taking in a game in forever.
- Note to future self….10g of sugar at 68F with 4 days of no burping might be too much carbonation 🧐
- First bike ride of the year. 22.5miles. Took it mostly easy…we still warming up those kneeeees
- I’m pleasantly surprised the lavender one is turning purple.
- Third ginger beer batch to be bottled tomorrow. Going to try: Lemon-raspberry, Cranberry, Mint, Lavender, Lime, Plain (as a batch control)
- I’m gonna need to start looking for a job outside of academia come this summer.
- My week long experiment decided to fail at the last minute. I might have to restart everything. 😭🫠
- First bottle of second batch opened. This had zero added sugar and it still fizzed quite nicely. Hibiscus really going to work on the color too!
- Sent my first V8 boulder today. Super excited. Took weeks to project.
- Watching a video about the music in the Sims 1 and boy is it taking me back haha
- Second ginger beer batch is hitting the bottles. I’m experimenting with sugar amount for carbonation. And hibiscus and lavender are entering the mix!
- Stuck in lab on a Friday evening cause my cells are growing sloooooow. 😔

- My new favorite stretch is a German Hang….got work my way up to the full thing! But assisted still feels great.
- Random Bun thought: if I was trying to make AMVs on YouTube like when I was 16…I’d be trying to make one for Echo with “The Killing Kind” as a Leo/Chase theme. 😅
- Chapter 1 of @underheavenvn.bsky.social was great! Can’t wait to see what happens next. The perspective changes with Russell and the chair was so cool. That whole scene was well done.
- Sent three V6s at the gym today. Felt really good. Been projecting them for a bit now. Just had to execute and I did. Super happy about it.
- I think the first Ginger Beer batch was a success! Could be a bit more carbonated, buts it delicious nonetheless.
