- Reposted by Christine 1954UK Labour govt says it will not reverse cuts to winter fuel payments. Hopes dashed. Marching headlong off the electoral cliff is not a smart strategy. Labour needs to lift up the bottom 50%, that will stimulate the economy, make less demands on welfare and public services.
