I have to give props to Dyson - I left my drying attachment to my Airwrap at home and didn’t realize until I got to LA. I called the Century City Dyson and they don’t sell them in store but Leah held one for me from a demo unit and gave it to me for free. Life saver fr!

Which is a practice I don’t endorse but if I can’t get an accessory in time, you do what you need to do. But they went so above and beyond. Makes the $600 is worth it when customer service is so good.
At least where I live (non-US), this is like the difference between Amex and other CCs. Lost my wallet. Amex overnight couriered a new card to my hotel, without me asking for any social treatment. No such luck from anyone else.

On a similar note Blueair shipped me a new blue pure 311i+ max after my warranty expired after I had a faulty unit for free
