- Rümeysa Öztürk is home in Massachusetts! She can now return to her studies and community in Somerville while her case proceeds. This is cause for celebration, but our fight for Rümeysa is not over. The First Amendment is for everyone – we will not back down.
- BREAKING: The Second Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Trump administration’s attempt to delay Rümeysa Öztürk’s transfer to Vermont. The government must now move Rümeysa from a Louisiana detention center to a facility in Vermont within one week. We won’t stop fighting until Rümeysa is free.
