This is cruel and terribly shortsighted. Transgender service members are qualified and highly trained. There is absolutely no reason to force them out. Losing these service members is a loss of their experience, expertise, and corporate knowledge from the military. This is a horrible decision.

Seems like the reasoning is "we're going to ultimately decide to support the ban, but we need time to come up with a BS legalese explanation that MSM will eat up without questioning, so do what you want and we'll finalize this later"

Usually the courts want to make sure the status quo is preserved while the case is decided. Sort of a first-do-no-harm approach. Now the MAGA court does the opposite. Let's kick all of them out before the lower courts rule, that way even if they win at the lower court, they are already out.
