It’s owned by Columbia. Not sure it will be a hollowed out husk.- My understanding (which is second hand) is that NASA broke its lease with GSA, but GSA still has a lease on the property from Columbia through 2031. So unless GSA breaks its contract with Columbia, it’ll be vacant until then.
