I actually am a polar guide in the Arctic and Antarctic. I’m also a huge Vancouver Canucks fan. I made a living as a photographer.

- I grew up reading Robert Heinlein. In fact, for better or worse, his stories shaped me to a certain extent. I also devoured HG Wells, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Frank Herbert, Arthur C. Clark, Frtiz Leiber, Larry Niven, etc. but Heinlein was my favourite. It disgusts me that he has called his ai Grok.
