- Cooking Christmas dinner by myself. Being responsible for every single dish on the table for a holiday meal takes so much organization and planning idk how ppl do that. 😭 and my mom has a double oven I think I would’ve passed away if I had to work with only one.
- Gumbo. Not that it was complicated or confusing but I was so scared to fuck up the roux that I spent forever and a day stirring/standing there watching it like a hawk on low heat cuz I just knew if I turned it up or looked away for 5 seconds, it would burn. 😭😭
